Who am I?
I am an Adult Educator (Täiskasvanute koolitaja, tase 7), Photography and Videography teacher, SMM and Speech designer with over 6 years of experience coordinating adult learning initiatives. As a project manager in a own media agency - Hertz Media Agency, that specializes in both production and education, and educational coordinator in SVS-L Koolituskeskus. I develop and implement engaging training programs, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful public presentations. My approach is rooted in modern andragogical principles, emphasizing practical application, learner-centered methods, and continuous improvement. By combining innovative educational strategies with cutting-edge media solutions, I create results-driven experiences that help organizations and individuals excel in today’s dynamic environment.
